HELP! MY ROLEX WAS STOLEN!
If your Rolex has been lost or stolen, you can report it to Rolex. Telephone requests are not honored, as there is NO master registry of Rolex ownership.
There is, however, a database which includes the dates of service when a Rolex has been worked on at two authorized Rolex Service Centers in New York and Dallas which cross references the serial numbers of the Rolex watches that have been reported stolen.
If a stolen watch is sent to the authorized service center, it will be immediately confiscated.
When placing your request, you will need to include your model number and serial number.
